John Anton
President
Anton Sport was started with an idea, a tiny dorm room and a maxed out credit card. John Anton was a student at Arizona State University 25 years ago and decided to print 200 t-shirts for an upcoming ASU vs. USC football game. Within 2-hours, John’s t-shirts quickly sold out. Over the next few years, John became a permanent fixture at college events and became known as the campus t-shirt guy. Read more about the Anton Sport company history.
Sarah
Director of Operations
Sarah has been an integral part of Anton Sport and DesignAShirt since 2002, helping take both companies to new heights year after year. With a focus on creating efficient systems, enhancing the customer experience, and building strong, cohesive teams, Sarah ensures the organization runs smoothly while continually improving.
Sarah is proud (and busy) mom of three. When she’s not immersed in spreadsheets, she enjoys traveling—especially to destinations with ocean views. Whether organizing operations or planning her next adventure, Sarah brings thoughtful attention to every detail.
Teri
Director of Human Resources
After owning and running her own Catering & Event Planning Company, Teri comes to us with lots of enthusiasm for the wellness of our staff and developing our workforce. Teri is a graduate of the University of Washington. When not at work taking care of her Anton Family she loves taking care of her 2 daughters, husband; gardening and practicing yoga.
Ritchie
Accounting Manager
Ritchie came to the Anton Sport family in 2018 with 10 years Accounting experience. She started as an Accounting Assistant and recently moved up to be our Accounting Manager. Ritchie has a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting. She is a busy and proud mom of two.

Customer Service Manager
Since joining DesignAShirt.com in 2011, Jessie has over a decade of experience in managerial roles, helping to shape the company’s customer service team, operations, web development, and content strategy. Following the company’s merger with Anton Sport in 2024, she continues to balance dual roles, contributing to the success of both businesses. She thrives on problem-solving, exceeding expectations, and engaging with customers to create exceptional experiences. Known for her vibrant personality, Jessie enjoys working with a diverse team and customer base, fostering strong connections along the way with her positive energy and enthusiasm.
Outside of work, she stays busy as an active mother of two, embracing the adventures they bring. She also appreciates Arizona’s stunning landscapes and countless outdoor activities. In the evenings, she unwinds with her fur babies, a good book, crafting, or the latest true crime documentary.

Customer Service Rep

As one of our most knowledgeable team members, Amber is a true product expert who excels at finding the perfect solution to meet each customer’s unique needs. Her dedication to providing exceptional service ensures every interaction is positive and productive.
Outside of work, Amber cherishes quality time with her family and finds joy in caring for her growing collection of plants. Whether she’s offering advice to a customer or tending to her greenery, Amber brings thoughtfulness and care to everything she does.

Alyssa
Account Manager - Sales Support
Alyssa brings over eight years of leadership experience in retail and customer service, along with nearly five years in administrative roles, to the Anton team. Originally from Northern California, she has a diverse professional background that includes managing retail stores such as Target and Converse, as well as contributing to healthcare non-profits, animal shelters, and higher education institutions.
Alyssa is passionate about delivering exceptional service and fostering strong customer relationships. Outside of work, she enjoys live music, playing pinball, and supporting her favorite teams—the San Francisco Giants and San Jose Sharks.

Tracy
Account Manager - Sales Support
Tracy joined Anton Sport with over 15 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, for a leadership team of a multi-billion dollar, 75-year-old, Arizona business. She also served on the board of directors for their award-winning philanthropic organization. Before that she managed both small, community sized and larger, multi-million dollar restaurants, in very team oriented environments. This means she’s been in your shoes and knows how to help you coordinate your team’s needs for anything from uniforms to event goods, or just something fun and personal.
In her spare time, Tracy is a fine art film photographer, with a love of vintage cameras. She learned how to use a darkroom and develop her own film at the age of 12. Her work has been published nationally, honored in local competitions, and included in multiple Arizona group exhibitions. While she’s also skilled in the digital world of photography, old school processes are where her heart lies.

Tannyn
Customer Service Representative
Tannyn has a wealth of experience in customer service positions in a variety of industries but is passionate about working with locally owned companies. Originally from Miami, Arizona and an ASU alumni, Tannyn is a true Arizona native.
Outside of work, Tannyn is an entrepreneur, having started a variety of businesses. His latest venture is in the coffee world with Plus Café. You’ll soon find his coffee cart set up across the valley! He is an avid sports fan, music lover, and loves to cold brew coffee.

Matt S.
Production Manager
Coach of his sons’ soccer teams, Matt is no stranger to managing a group to accomplish the same goal, making him perfect for the Production Manager position. Matt has been the Production Manager here at Anton Sport since 2000 and counting so if anyone knows how to produce your design, it’s Matt.
Production Team
Our production team is the proverbial wind beneath our wings. They consist of auto and manual screen printers, ink technicians, screen technicians and quality controllers. This team makes sure we produce custom apparel that we are super proud to deliver to our customers.

Ryan
Art Manager
With over 16 years of experience in the decorated apparel industry, Ryan has found his niche in the graphic design world. Having most recently worked for Hanesbrands, he has a background in production art for licensed sportswear. He is an alum of Pittsburg State University in Kansas. Ryan is an avid sports fan, always showing his love for the Jayhawks, Chiefs, and Royals.

Production Artist
Em (short for Emily) is a native Arizonan. She was raised in Yuma. Em graduated from Arizona Western College with an associate’s degree in graphic design. Soon after graduation she moved to Phoenix and has been working in the screen-printing industry ever since. Em loves living the urban life in downtown Phoenix with her dog, cat and two birds.
