Two files can look nearly identical on your screen, but they can behave very differently
when enlarged, edited or prepared for printing.
Vector Artwork

Raster Artwork

A PDF or Adobe Illustrator file can contain raster artwork. The file extension alone
does not make artwork vector.

production-ready artwork are not always the same thing.

🧵 Embroidery Artwork
You don’t need to provide an embroidery machine file.
We convert your artwork into a specialized stitch file through a process called
digitizing. Very small text, thin lines, gradients or highly detailed
artwork may need to be adjusted so they reproduce well in thread.
Send us your best artwork and our team will determine the best approach.
Before You Send Your Artwork
- Send the original file, not a screenshot
- Send the largest version available
- Avoid excessive image compression
- Preserve transparency when available
- Don’t change the extension just to make a file appear vector
- For AI artwork, send the original output
